Bill Steere

William “Bill” Steere has been in pastoral ministry since 1971, he pioneered and pastored a church for 20 years, as well as serving as an associate pastor and pastoring elder in 3 other churches.  A graduate of Oral Roberts University, he is grateful for the heritage of ORU and her alumni.  The vision from brother Roberts, “Go into every person’s world…bringing God’s healing message…” is still a key passion and ministry perspective for Bill. In addition, Bill served as a public school teacher and as a business person in Real Estate. Presently, Bill has transitioned from pastoring one local congregation to assisting local congregations all over the US. He is the Director of Ministry Services of a premier Architectural and Engineering firm, WL Perry Associates.  WL P is a full service A & E firm that has a specialty in church design. With over 1200 churches in 36 states over the last 40 years, they have a distinguished reputation for serving churches and ministries with their facility needs. Bill directs their signature Ministry Driven Design process that helps churches evaluate and clarify their Vision/Mission and align it with their needs, budget and present facilities and properties. As a board member of White Eagle Christian Academy, Bill ministers to Native Americans on the Rosebud Indian Reservation. Bill has also served on many community and county boards dealing with inner-city youth issues and poverty challenges of the urban environment. He has two grown and married children with four grandchildren.
