James Shelton - Youth Ministries

James Shelton is an overseer of Youth Ministries. In 1999, James went into training and full time ministry at Eastman Curtis Ministries where he served for two years as an intern in an apprentice program. In those two years James traveled the US helping Curtis with large youth crusades, evangelistic meetings in local churches called Team X, and also co-hosting Eastman's television show called "This Generation." In 2001, James was ordained and brought on staff at Destiny Church, as full-time Children's Pastor. In 2003, he became a professional actor and standup comedian. After success through comedy clubs, television commercials, independent films, and improve groups, he walked away from all of it because God was calling him to pastor and evangelize this up and coming generation. In 2004, he was ordained as Youth Pastor of Living Waters Worship Center. In the fall of 2005, he launched James Shelton Ministries as a traveling evangelist and missionary. He has spoken to countless teenagers, church congregations, as well as conducting prison ministry meetings in juvenile facilities. His ministry abroad also includes a mission trip to Honduras and holding a weeklong revival meeting in Haiti.
